I was always the different child. I started drawing from the time I was 3 or 4. I was a daydreamer who was always bored with the world around me. I guess I started doing art because I wanted to escape this drab world. I wanted everything to look the way I wanted it to. The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner. My mother tried to force me into art so naturally I rebelled and tried to find something else to get into. I tried computer programming and even went to law school for a bit but none of it made me happy so I came back to art. I have been doing art and photography seriously since 2002. I have finally found my calling and something I enjoy. My art may be too dark for some but never fear I do come out of the dark sometimes, it all depends on how I am feeling. My love for darkness probably came from all those years watching horror and crime shows. I spend much of my time watching shows like Law & Order and CSI which probably adds to the darkness I create. I love all types of art and refuse to just stick with one thing. I do not want to get bored so I change the focus of my art as often as I need to.

I am married to a wonderful guy who is also an artist and shares many interests with me. We have a wonderful little son named Sebastian who will be turning a year old in January 2006. I can't wait to teach him all about art so he can experience everything we have.
