Shipping and Handling

All items include shipping and handling and the cost is reflected in the prices listed. Shipping is based on current postal charges. Each item is weighed for proper shipping and no extra or hidden cost is added to an item, except shipping insurance costs.

Insurance and returns

Living In Darkness and it's artist's are not responsible for damaged items as we have no control over items during shipping. We do replace damaged prints, but unique items like paintings, sculpture, and dolls that cannot be recreated will be insured above their value to protect our customers.

If you are not happy with an item we will gladly exchange for something of equal value or refund in full upon return of the original art. We do not pay shipping for returned items, unless an agreement has been made between the customer and us. The returned art must be in the same condition it was in when it left our shop.

Payment

All payments are handled by [Paypal] and you will be bound by their contracts. We have no control over [Paypal's] service or policies. If there is a problem with [Paypal] we will do everthing to get the items out to you by other means.

You can also contact us by mail for any item if you wish to purchase directly. We do not accept credit cards, but we will accept cashiers and personal checks for these types of sales. If your using a personal check we will not ship until the check has cleared. We will also hold items for 30 days upon request. After 30 days the item will be put up for sale if no sale has been made within that period of time.
